(Moscow: David Ensor) Information about two American civilians, Isaiah Oggins and Charles Brown-Clifford, imprisoned and later killed in the USSR in the 1930s featured; scenes shown of the MIA (missing in action) commission meeting with Russian President Boris Yeltsin. [POW-MIA (missing in action) joint commission Malcolm TOON - says not enough progress has been made; talks about this case during the days of Joseph Stalin.] Suggestion from the commission's Russian co-chairman that many foreigners, including the Swede Raoul Wallenberg, were killed to keep the world from learning about Stalin's camps noted.
