[POW-MIA (missing in action) joint commission Malcolm TOON - says not enough progress has been made; talks about this case during the days of Joseph Stalin.] Suggestion from the commission's Russian co-chairman that many foreigners, including the Swede Raoul Wallenberg, were killed to keep the world from learning about Stalin's camps noted.
