(Studio) In Las Vegas, NV, court hearing to be held Tuesday with regard to authenticity of "Mormon will," allegedly written by Howard Hughes; major witness expected to be former gas station attendant who produced will and is beneficiary of it.

(Las Vegas, NV) Melvin Dummar's involvement in controversy with regard to will stretches from home in Ogden, UT, to ctrooms. in Houston, Texas, Las Vegas, NV, and Los Angeles, California. Dummar now admits he left will at Mormon Church headquarters in Salt Lake City, UT. Dummar claims he didn't forge will, but gives conflicting reports with regard to how he got it. Dummar's fingerprints have been found on book with regard to Hughes, "Hoax", which is story of Clifford Irving affair, at Weber State College in UT; other claims with regard to Dummar's fingerprints on college library copy of "Life" magazine article with regard to Hughes handwriting noted. Private investigations include probe of Dummar's step-mother's association with "Millionaire" magazine Representatives for Noah Dietrich, named as will's executor, say they fear will is fraud. [Dietrich attorney Harold RHODEN - says if Dummar put on stand in court maybe truth will come out.] Dummar and wife Bonnie wait at home in Ogden, UT. [DUMMAR - says he can't say anything.]
