(Albuquerque, NM) Riot started after police tried to make arrests for smoking marijuana, drinking; film shows rioters damaging police cars, police using tear gas, shooting at rioters; 50 bldgs. damaged, looted; 130 arrested. [City commission chairperson Charles BARNHARDT - says rioting not caused by organized group; 2,000 armed men ready to quell additional disturbances.] Curfew in effect.
