Many bitter that government, state and repair men have made recovery slow and costly. Schilling family profiled. [Mrs. SCHILLING - says it's hard to find lot or home.] Frank Carlucci, Nixon's man to oversee recovery promoted to another job in administration (CARLUCCI - says he's not responsible for misuse of funds and fraud as has been charged.] 2 jailed on charges of illegally making money off relief operations.
