(Rusk, Texas) Under new law, hosp. authorities have right to release patients if they are found to be sane. Case of Harry Reynolds brought about ruling; details of Reynold's case discussed. Hosp. officials release 63 other patients. [Hosp. superintendent Dr. Robert SHELDON - says patients released won't constitute any threat to society.]
