(Studio) Something surprising going on in Jacksonville, Illinois.

(Jacksonville, Illinois) Jacksonville home of Jay Capps and Sons, Limited, mfrs. of fine men's clothing. Company fallen on hard times recently, but Capps about to call back workers to bring out new line of clothing made of miracle fiber, Kevlar. Kevlar can stop bullets from almost any hand gun. Demonstration shown. New line of clothing can be worn by people in high risk jobs. [President company, Bill CAPPS - believes people will want to wear new clothing because it looks nice as well as serves function.] Big city crime rates, fears noted with regard to use of body armor.
