(Studio) North Vietnam and South Vietnam may make political deal to end war without further bloodshed. South Vietnam President Tran Van Huong schedules important speech for South Vietnam later today. Associated Press reports South Vietnam cabinet minister contacts North Vietnam with regard to talks. North Vietnam and Viet Cong deliberately refraining from attack on city of Saigon. Admin. denies there's tacit understanding to avoid attack till American evacuation complete.
