Safety Bd. efforts to determine cause of derailment discussed; Illinois Central said ordered several mos. ago to repair segment of track on which derailment occurred. [LA railroad inspector Rob HEREERT - comments.] Governor David Treen's pledge to launch campaign to stop such accidents plaguing his state noted.
