Mills of Maryland has died, apparently from a self-inflicted gunshot wound following allegations that he received illegal contribution from the Campaign to Re-elect the President.Commercials are aired for which only the beginning of the first and end of the last are shown.Benton states that Gerald Alch, James McCord's former attorney, will be today's first witness.Reporter Daniel Schorr comments from outside the courtroom.Sen. Howard Baker makes statement to the press.Benton announces that proceedings are about to begin. |
