Abstract:	Senator Ervin calls the hearings to recess. Anchors Nelson Benton and George Herman summarize the morning's testimony. Commercials are aired for which only the beginning of the first and end of the last are shown. McCord attorney Bernard Fensterwald makes comments to the press. Reporter Daniel Schorr interviews former McCord Attorney Gerald Alch. Alch responds to further questions from the press. Schorr makes further comments. Commercials are shown for which only the beginning of the first and end of the last are shown. Anchors Benton and Herman make more comments and indicate that Alfred Baldwin will be among the afternoon's witnesses.
