A look back on the fear of communism in the 1950's through the eyes of several citizens who were impacted by the "red scare" led by Senator Joseph McCarthy. Many American citizens lost jobs because of unfounded accusations of disloyalty to the United States. Special explores the lasting human costs of this era.
