Charles Rangel; taped segment with John Laurence (ABC) and Colombian sociologist Alejandro Reyes; taped segment with drug policy strategist Maltea Falco, Grace Slick, Timothy Leary, Reverend Billy Graham, and anti-drug ads by Mercury Morris, David Crosby, Gene Simmons, and Arsenio Hall; taped segment with Judd Rose (ABC), Carlos Hernandez, and unidentified residents.
