Abstract:	Live discussion re: Persian Gulf war aftermath, including George Bush announcement today of relief plan for Kurds in northern Iraq with Ted Koppel (ABC) and Iraqi Kurdistan Front spokesperson Latif Rashid. Live discussion re: allegations that US government officials were aware of military spare parts shipments to Jordan which were then transferred to Iraq as late as last December with Koppel and "Financial Times" correspondents Alan Friedman and Lionel Barber. Taped segment with Jackie Judd (ABC), excerpts of today's Bush press conference, Brit Hume (ABC), Bob Zelnick (ABC), Mike Lee (ABC), Rep. Stephen Solarz, and Sen. Alfonse D'Amato.
