Excerpts of convention events earlier tonight, including excerpts of Aretha Franklin singing the National Anthem and speeches by Jesse Jackson, former President Jimmy Carter, and AIDS patient Bob Hattoy. Analysis includes the participation of Michael Barone of "US News and World Report" and interviews with Senate candidate Barbara Boxer, Mississippi delegate George Powell, Texas Railroad Commissioner Lena Guerrero, and others.
