Abstract:	An investigative report with Ted Koppel (ABC), excerpts of interviews with and statements by George Bush, former Bush Chief of Staff Craig Fuller, former National Security Council member Howard Teicher, excerpts of audio tape conversations with then Lieutenant Colonel Oliver North and Israeli counterterrorism expert Amiram Nir, an excerpt of an 11/13/86 speech by then President Ronald Reagan, and excerpts of a 10/2/91 interview by Koppel with retired Major General Richard Secord re: Bush's role in the Iran-Contra scandal, focusing on Nir's notes from a 7/29/86 meeting with Bush and Fuller in Jerusalem.
