Evidence of conf., United Press International reporter and duck egg regulation can't be found.

(NYC) Story with regard to number of words in Lord's Prayer, 10 Commandments, Declaration of Independence and government directive, is hoax which has been around for years Walter Winchell and "Saturday Review's" Bennett Cerf fell for it in 1952, and it's since made "Saturday Evening Post, National Observer" and "Farmers' Almanac." Max Hall has made study of hoax, which began using US government and cabbage report [HALL - notes story's inclusion in National Association of Mfrs. publication called "NAM Reports", Mobil Oil Corporation ad and "New Republic" article.]
