(DC) No ground action with Americans for 24 hrs. United States planes made 200 air strikes around DMZ (demilitarized zone) Tuesday 2 North Vietnam divs. pulled back in area North of DMZ. Part of 9th North Vietnam division disappeared from Saigon area into Cambodia. Signs of Communists setting up heavy artillery installations North of DMZ. United States moving in on other side of DMZ. If truce zone demilitarized, both sides would preserve its neutrality.
