[Rice farmer Ron GERTSEN- says there is not enough water to go around.] [Marina owner Janet CAYLOR- says farmers want things to remain the way they always were.] [Lower Colorado River Authority Becky MOTAL- says as urban areas grow the water has to come from somewhere.]
