[Florida Sheriff Don ESLINGER†- says Allied Veterans of the World is a sophisticated criminal network designed for profit and was of little benefit to veterans.] [Florida attorney general Pam BONDI†- says it used the guise of a charitable organization in its scheme.] [Governor Rick SCOTT†- calls it criminal activity.] How it was gambling halls despite what they were called and the resignation of Carroll noted.
