[Secretary of Defense Chuck HAGEL – says it is a despicable crime.] [President OBAMA – says people have to be held accountable.] [Air Force chief of staff Gen. Mark WELSH††- says it is the hook-up mentality of junior high and high school students.] [Senator Kirsten GILLIBRAND††- says this is a violent act.] [Rape victim Sarah PLUMMER††- says having someone within your chain of command handling the case doesn’t make sense.]
