(West, Texas: Manuel Bojorquez) The push to find ways to better track dangerous chemicals at businesses such as West Fertilizer examined; scenes shown from the blast site in West; details given about the company’s failure to notify the Department of Homeland Security that it stored large amounts of ammonium nitrate and the GAO’s assessment of the timeframe for Homeland Security to inspect & review facilities it knows about.
