(Los Angeles: Ben Tracy) A NOAA report finding that the concentration of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere is higher than at any time over the last several million years examined; CO2 levels in 1958 & today compared; details given about the impact on sea levels. [Scripps Institution of Oceanography Ralph KEELING††- says it’s unlikely we’re going to get through this without major turmoil.] [US Geological Survey Dan FAGRE††- says these small glaciers are going to go away.]
