[Scout leader John STEMBERGER††- says it will devastate the Boy Scouts legally, financially & socially and 200-400,000 young people will leave the program.] [Openly gay Scout Pascal TESSIER††- wonders why you would go after people who aren’t doing anything wrong.] The decision to leave the ban on gay leaders in place noted.
