Benjamin PEREZ†- says Cruz had nothing to do with the beating.] [Mieses’ wife Dayana MIESES†- says they’re not a gang.] [Former NYC police commissioner Bill BRATTON†- says they endanger themselves and others.] [New York state trooper Heather SINKOWITZ††- says the groups are very powerful.]
