(Louisville: Steve Hartman) The story of retired Louisville police captain Buddy Dumeyer, who now works for the coroner’s office and has teamed up with high schools to provide volunteers to help with funerals for the poor and homeless, presented; scenes shown from the potter’s field cemetery and a funeral conducted by Buddy. [DUMEYER – says when we leave this world we don’t want to give people back alone.] [St. Xavier High School STUDENTS – explain what they learn from the funerals.] [Cancer patient Art Adams’ friend Lily DALTON – says Art would have loved this funeral.]
