Ortega attacking President Reagan's administration reported [ORTEGA - (thru translator) promises to make decisions about cease-fire talks.] Conflict between Sandinista government and US-backed Contras recalled. Representative Jim Wright's role in dealing with Ortega described. His mtgs. with Ortega, Secretary of State George Shultz and Contra leader Adolfo Calero noted. [CALERO - says things are looking better.] Arrival in Washington, DC of Cardinal Miguel Obando y Bravo, the man who will conduct cease-fire talks, shown. United States role in cease-fire process discussed; Reagan's refusal to meet with Ortega mentioned.
