[MEESE - won't comment.] Report's findings on role of busman. H. Ross Perot and Colonel Oliver North in this plan reported [PEROT - describes financing rescue-ransom operation; denies talking to Meese's office about matter.] North, Robert McFarlane and others said insisting Meese approved plan.
