(Lawrenceville, Georgia: Erica Hill) The reaction of quilters to the photo of Army Ranger Josh Hargis†† saluting from his hospital bed as the Purple Heart was pinned to his blanket to the realization that the blanket was one of their quilts featured; details given about the Quilts of Valor volunteers who make quilts for servicemembers around the world. [Several QUILTERS – comment.] [Quilts of Valor director Susan GORDON††- says we want to share the talents we have with the people who are guarding our freedoms.]
