(Studio) Crescent City, Illinois residents return home; were evacuated when train of propane gas derailed and gas began exploding.
REPORTER: Frank Reynolds

(Crescent City, Illinois) Bus. district and 15 homes destroyed; no one killed; Governor Richard Ogilvie asks federal disaster area be declared. [OGILVIE - compares destruction to French towns in World War II.] Electricity and phones out; water contaminated. [Fire chief Orvel CARLSON - says everyone will pitch in to rebld.] $2 million damage.
