[Brigadier General Charles MAY - denies existence of defects in system justifying concern over MX.] MX mentioned now referred to as the Peacekeeper.] No. missiles currently inoperable due to Northrop's delay in delivering necessary components outlined on screen; means by which Northrop purchases MX parts without testing them explained.
