(New York: Nikki Battiste) The National Audubon Society mission to raise climate change awareness by painting murals of birds in Harlem, New York City, featured; scenes shown of artist Andre Alvarez working to save the Canada warbler by spray painting the bird on a metal door & of the bird murals throughout the neighborhood. [Audubon's vice president of content Mark JANNOT††- says half of all Northern American bird species are threatened; states the project has beautified this Harlem neighborhood.] [ALVAREZ, two mural VIEWERS - comment on the art.]
