[Rope swinger Ty FOSTER†- recounts his experience.] [Grand County search and rescue deputy Bego GERHART††- says all these acts should not happen in the front country.] [Deceased rope swinger Kyle Stocking’s†† mother Linda STOCKING††- says she does not want the arch to be shut down despite her son’s death.] The Bureau of Land Management’s proposal to ban rope swinging noted.
