(DC: Bob Zelnick) President Reagan reported again pushing to make deal for ouster of Panamanian strongman General Manuel Noriega; details given of administration mtg. of members of State Department, Defense Department and Treasury Department, CIA and NSC to discuss options. Agreement that United States sanctions and continued support of Eric Delvalle have been disastrous detailed; Panama file footage shown. Hope that President-elect George Bush can inherit Panama problem without inheriting Noriega noted.
