[City manager Dave HANSEN@- says he was not terminated with his performance satisfactory.] [Police Chief James CEVERA@- comments on the shooter & police.] [City employee David XI@, WOMAN, Mayor Bobby DYER - talk about some of those who died.] The status of the remaining hospitalized victims noted.
