[In Osaka, Japan, TRUMP - jokes about Russian meddling.] [On Sunday, TRUMP - says he actually stepped into North Korea with Kim: an historic moment & that Kim would not meet with President Obama, whose administration was begging for a meeting.] A "New York Times" report that Trump may accept a freeze on nuclear development letting Kim keep his arsenal noted.
