[Student Billy LANG - (thru signing translator) says we will continue protest.] Faculty backing of student protest calling for removal of new president Elisabeth Ann Zinser and dismissal of university trustees chairperson Jane Bassett Spilman reported [ZINSER - asks for chance to look at problem.] Zinser reported supported by two hearing-impaired finalists for school president Congress noted supporting college. [Representative Barney FRANK - says hearing-impaired person should be selected as president] Issue of civil rights for deaf noted. [Student Beverly HANYZEWFKI-BRIZENDINE - (thru signing translator) says we are being put down and now is time for deaf president]
