Tomorrow the Federal Communications Commission will vote on a question that could change the Internet for all of us should all Americans including corporations have equal access to the worldwide web. We asked Don Dahler to explain what's called net neutrality. The FCC wants to prevent big users of the Internet like Netflix and social media sites from buying express lanes on the information superhighway items.
