(Algiers, Algeria: Pierre Salinger) Today's message from hijackers reported reversing yesterday's message to journalists that they were leaving Algeria; scenes shown of visit to plane by Algerian negotiator Hajj Mohammad Taher. [Hostage Fahmi Awad DOUKHI - (thru translator) prays that Kuwait government will release 17 prisoners or fate of hostages will be black.] Heavy diplomacy efforts detailed; meeting of Algerian foreign minister with Libyan leader Colonel Muammar el-Kadhafi to pass on message from Algerian President Chadli Benjedid noted.
