CNN has obtained what are purporting to be law enforcement training records from the attorney for Robert Bates. He is of course a 73 year old reserve deputy in Tulsa Oklahoma who says he fired his gun and killed a suspect by mistake when he actually meant to grab and use his Taser instead. This past week the "Tulsa World" newspaper raised questions about whether Bates is training records had been falsified forged to make it look like he had a lot more training than he actually did.
