[REAGAN - says there will be no compensation to Iran's government] [White House spokesperson Marlin FITZWATER - says administration still feels it was justifiable act.] Details of likely compensation plan given. Possibility of opposition to plan on Capitol Hill noted. [Senator John McCAIN - says there will be resentment of payment to any Iranian as long as Americans are held hostage.]
