(DC: John Martin) Paisley aides reported ordering staffers to copy classified documents for distribution to defense contractors to give companies inside advantages on military contracts. [In shadow, STAFFER - explains duplication of classified material.] Involvement of Paisley aide Robert Toll reported; Toll's denials quoted. [In shadow, STAFFER - says Toll ordered her to copy documents.] Navy reported confirming that Paisley's handling of documents was under investigation. Link of Paisley and consultant William Galvin examined; issue of office log tampering noted.
