In Kentucky a sudden and shocking explosion caught on tape. It's a man taken by complete surprise when his pants pockets burst into flames. An e cigarette battery is blamed for the blast. And as NBC is Joe Fryer tells us it's hardly the first time something like this has happened. Watch.
