[ELF Company press ofr. Tom SAUNDERS - says there is oil.] Three-yr. program that has searched for oil in Paris detailed. [RESIDENTS - (thru translator) say there is too much noise.] Fear that oil drilling will effect zoo's ostrich eggs noted. [ELF Company Jeane-Claude VIDAL - explains joke about Eiffel Tower as oil derrick.]
