Back now in West Palm Beach, Florida, this is the cafeteria of Forest Hill High School, one of nearly 50 shelters set up by the Red Cross to accept about 3000 people who have answered the governor's call to evacuate. Who are these people? These are people who are being displaced. Essentially, there were either mobile homes or at vulnerable places. They're heeding the call from the authorities.
