Tonight, protesters are celebrating an unexpected victory in their fight to block an oil pipeline in North Dakota. And occupation began in the summer. And yesterday, the Army Corps of Engineers refused to issue a building permit for a section near the Standing Rock Sioux Reservation. Omar VILLAFRANCA covering the protest.
