And great news for a little girl we told you about last week. You're getting a heart gradually. That's the moment Sophia Sanchez's birthday wish came true. Sophia, who suffers from cardiomyopathy, is getting a heart transplant. That's actually one of two wishes she made for her 11th birthday. The other was to meet music superstar Drake. That came true, too. He made a surprise visit to her Chicago solo....
