For the first time in nearly 50 years, a Chicago police officer has been found guilty of murder in an on duty shooting. A jury today convicted Jason Van Dyke of murdering 17 year old Laquan McDonald. The 2014 shooting, captured on a dashboard camera, ignited protests in the city and forced changes in the nation's second largest police department. Dean Reynolds is in Chicago.
