(Johannesburg, South Africa: Richard Sergei) Recently freed members of the African National Congress (ANC) reported allowed to leave South Africa to visit to their exiled comrades in Zambia; scenes shown from this reunion. [Winnie MANDELA - comments.] This decision said perhaps showing that government of President F.W. de Klerk is moving closer to negotiations with the ANC. [South African minister Dr. Stoffel VAN der MERWE - says there is hope for meaningful dialogue.] [ANC's Thabo MBEKI - comments.] Key prisoner, Nelson Mandela, noted still awaiting freedom.
