(Studio) Oil spilled in San Francisco Bay ship collision flushed out to sea by tides.

(San Francisco, California) Standard Oil workmen, helped by college kids, cleaning up oil in San Francisco Bay. Army provides hay to soak up oil. [Voice of unidentified LONGHAIR - have good times hard hats, army people; make for friendlier place when its finished.] Oil now controlled but damage to ecology undetermined.
