(Hamtramck, Michigan) Hamtramck in serious economy trouble. [Mayor Raymond WOJTOWICZ - says city technically bankrupt.] City has $33 million in debt; employees suffer payless pay days; garbage disposal, snow removal services cut back. Police and firemen pension funds costly. City taxed to legal limit. [Unidentified Hamtramck CITIZEN - if don't get federal aid and city cncl.'s cooperation, Hamtramck will fold up.] [WOJTOWICZ - says revenue sharing could help; interested in formula for getting money from DC to Hamtramck.]
